Jayne Bormann and Graham Kent provided the SEG-Y and rp location files in UTM coordinates (zone 11, WGS 84).
They provided 3 data sets.

stacked and migrated MCS - Data doi: 10.1594/IEDA/500032. Processed by SIO. No navigation in the original
   headers. UTIG seimic data center converted the rp navigation to latitude/longitude in arc
   seconds and placed that in the headers at bytes 73-76, 77-80.

velocity files - Data doi: 10.1594/IEDA/500033. Processed by Geotrace for SIO. UTM navigation
   is in the headers of the original SEG-Y files. This was extracted, converted to latitude/
   longitude, and placed in ASCII navigation files (*.ploc). The SEG-Y files were renamed to
   conform to the data center's file-naming system and archived unaltered.
