OBP-96 lines: The tape with OBP-96-01 through OBP-96-06 lines was incomplete and the files
that were downloaded were difficult to identify the lines and were not archived.

Antonio Rodriguez provided a hand-written line log correlating time to navigation. In the Notes of the log, there
is a note that the "computer's clock 1 hr. ahead of this time."
For the other lines, time in the SEG-Y header appeared to be 25 hours (1 day + 1 hour) ahead of the line log time.
(Time -25 hours) in the SEG-Y header was matched to a line log table correlating time to latitude/longitude.
Navigation was interpolated to remaining shots. The original jday/time was copied to bytes 209-220 and
(time -25 hours) was placed in the headers so that the new SEG-Y headers agree with the line log.
